As a Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider we are able to verify your identity saving you time which is better spent growing your business

As a business owner or director of a limited company we at Easy Digital understand that you are busy growing your business, therefore to help take a little bit of the added administrative stress off your hands we are offering an identity verification service. Throughout this article you can find out how it works and what information we need from you.

How can we verify your identity?

Being an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) with Companies House means we have proven our compliance with the required Anti-Money Laundering legislation and are entrusted to verify the identity of Limited Company Directors, Limited Liability Partners and Persons with Significant Control (PSC) on behalf of Companies House.

We are able to provide you with a seamless and time-savvy alternative to your verification by taking out the tedious steps of creating new accounts, downloading apps and scanning numerous documents just so you can prove you are who we know who you are! Our new 'AML Verification Service', package reference ADM-2, only costs £25+VAT (per individual) and can get you verified with Companies House and access to your unique verification code in the blink of an eye!

What we need from you for a frictionless identity verification?

After purchasing our verification package a member of our wonderful verification team will be in contact via email welcoming you to our service. Upon receiving our welcome email you would then be asked to send us 2 of the following documents to our confidential and secure email. Then your assigned verification agent will review the documents provided and assuming they comply with Companies House's criteria (as outlined below) then we shall process your verification accordingly.

How you will receive your verification number?

Within the welcoming email from your assigned verification agent, you will be asked to confirm the secure email address where you wish to receive your 11 digit identity verification number upon the successful confirmation of your identity. It is essential that the email provided is a secure email address that can only be accessed by the relevant individual as the identity verification number is confidential and unique to that individual, therefore it should not be sent to a general company email or any address which can be accessed by any other individual.
