File Partnership Self-Assessment to HMRC online within our secure platform

The SA800 is the partnership tax return required by Limited Liability Partnerships as a record of an LLP company’s income and expenses for the previous accounting period.
While it is not used to calculate the amount of tax due, the SA800 serves as an official declaration of company profits and losses, and as a point of reference for individual partners when working out their tax liability
Although SA stands for Self-Assessment, the SA800 applies to the partnership as a whole, referred to as a partnership self-assessment. Also note that the SA800 form is completed by 1 nominated partner, who is responsible for registering the partnership for self-assessment and submitting partnership tax returns by the due date.
Because partnerships are not subject to corporation tax, the SA800 does not calculate tax owed by the company.
Instead, each partner must fill out an SA100 tax return to record the amount of tax that is due based on their share of the profits and any other relevant income.
